Who should attend this programme?
This programme is designed for you if you want to manage projects professionally. The course is ideal for persons involved in or associated with projects, whether as project managers, members of a PMO (Project Management Office), or senior managers.
How is the programme presented?
The programme is presented in three modes, and you can choose one of them:
(1) mid-week - The programme is presented at our office or in a chosen luxury hotel. It includes four (4) blocks of 5 days (Monday to Friday) each. You will also be required to do some work between blocks. During each block, two(2) modules are presented, and you must pass all eight (8) modules to earn the certificate.
(2) Weekender - The programme is presented in a luxury hotel close to the N1 Highway. It includes 8 blocks of 2 days (Friday and Saturday) each. You will also be required to do some work between blocks. One module is presented during each block, and you must pass all 8 modules to earn the certificate.
(3) online -Study when and where it suits you (as long as you have an appropriate internet connection). The course is presented through virtual sessions on a user-friendly online learning platform. To complete the programme, you must pass 8 modules; each module takes about a month and requires about 20 hours.

How will my skills and knowledge develop during this programme?
During the course, you will learn how to:
o Apply the principles of the Law of Contract and the Labour Law
OR
o Manage Agile projects
During the programme, you will do assignments and prepare project plans. If you are employed, this work can be of value to your employer.

Tuition Fee
The total price is 2,800,000/= (for Local Tanzanians) and $1,800 (for non-Tanzanians). Payable directly into the Tanzania Business School Bank Account.
